The orders
To best serve you, we require a minimum notice of two business days (48 hours) prior to your event date to accommodate your request. Should you have a last-minute order, we will certainly try our best to accommodate.
If your function is cancelled with more than three business days (72 hours) notice, there will be no charge. All cancellations made after the 72-hour deadline will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Your method of payment is needed to confirm your event. We accept Credit Card and U of T FIS.
University of Toronto departments save on HST when paying by FIS.
St. George Catering provides complimentary disposable plates, napkins, cutlery and cups. Should you prefer china, you can coordinate rentals when booking your event catering.
All alcohol must be coordinated through our partner, Campus Beverage Services. You can access their website here. We are happy to put you in contact with the appropriate person to facilitate the serving of alcohol at your event.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. We ask that all dietary restrictions be provided at least 72 hours prior to your event so that we can prepare accordingly.
Yes, you can make change requests online directly through our ordering system. Once we receive the changes, we will review and make the necessary adjustments and provide you with a confirmation e-mail.
