Meet Our Executive Chef
Executive Chef Dale Meek
As the Executive Chef for St. George Catering, Chef Dale oversees all culinary operations, menu development and catering experiences across the University of Toronto’s St. George campus. His culinary career spans prestigious roles with hotels in Toronto, as well as international positions throughout Europe, the Middle East, across Canada and on a luxury cruise ship. With nearly 30 years of professional experience, he brings global expertise and a passion for elevated dining to every event.
Throughout his career, Chef Dale has had the privilege of cooking for numerous celebrities and Heads of State. Today, he brings his passion and dedication to creating delicious food to the University of Toronto, crafting menus that emphasize fresh ingredients, inspired flavours and memorable dining experiences. His approach focuses on delivering first-class cuisine in a conference and event setting, ensuring every guest enjoys a thoughtful, refined and delicious meal that is full of flavour.
